Do what makes you happy.

My struggles are so stupid that even thinking about it worries me. I’m grateful I have a warm house to live in and always have food in my kitchen, but of course we all have the “struggles“. I’m physically a hulk, but emotional I’m stupid. I seem to always over think everything everyone says, mostly the guys I like. For example, I thought/think that my crush was ignoring me because he simply didn’t like me. Hard enough, I accept it, rant a little to my best friend and “get over it”. The next day, I see something about them, well there’s a day wrecker. Basically what I’m trying to say is that my day can get wrecked way too easy. I’m 100% sure I’m not the only one. If you’re reading this and you’re the same, you know everything your friends tell you is easier said than actually done. the best advice I got from one of my closest friends was “You can get as much advice as you want/need, but in the end you’re going to end up doing what you want” and it’s SO TRUE. But if someone or something tries to ruin your day, keep that head up high. Think positive, use your imagination if it help. I imagine what I would like to happen, sometimes too much about the future, but it makes me happy. All in all, MAKE YOURSELF HAPPY. ❤

Alexisonfire farewell tour.

image

I’ve been to quite a few concerts and alexisonfire was a big part of that. First time I saw them was in ’10 and they opened for billy talent. Later on that year they played at sound academy and I bought a meet and greet ticket. Hell it was worth it, I had some pretty cool conversation with them and got some snazzy pictures. And lastly I saw them on the 30th, their very last concert. Or so they say. I didn’t shed a tear, however, after the show it did somewhat sink in a bit that they won’t be making anymore music for us people. But I do believe that they will tour again, due to the amount of money they made from one tour and to spark up Alexis so that they won’t be forgotten. I know I won’t forget them.
It wasn’t a funeral ladies and gentlemen. It was a mother fucking celebration.
Boy, what a bunch of rockstars.

Poetry is a voi…

Poetry is a voice that characterizes a nation. We should become a nation of poets rather than America-haters. It’s certainly more interesting.

I don’t think anyone could’ve put it in a better way. Gord Downie has such an intelligent way of putting things, it kind of makes me jealous. He’s struggling in a time that no man nor woman should go through. I wish the very best for Mr and Mrs Downie in their fight against cancer. The fact that I know what it’s like to lose someone to cancer is horrifying, because I felt so hurt, and I didn’t even speak to this person in a year. But this is Gord’s wife. I’m not religious, but I’ll pray for him. He’s done a lot for us guys, it’s time to give back what we can. But the respect I give this man in too grand to explain. He could fight through the depression and write lyrics for his new album “Time for plan A”. I salute you sir.
